* Demonstrated experience planning, configuring, managing, supporting, and troubleshooting MS Windows Server systems (2012+) in a VMware-based enterprise-level environment.
* Demonstrated experience at the VMware vSphere administration level, including managing distributed switches, and multiple VMware Clusters
* Experience with VMware's vRealize Suite (VRA, VRO, and/or VRB) in building and managing hybrid environments (cloud and on premise)
* Experience vSphere (6.0+) and PowerCLI scripting
* Customer focused with excellent oral and written communication skills within a business and/or technical context.
* Demonstrated ability to prepare architectural technical specifications, design drawings, to develop solutions and resolve operational problems.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute with strong problem-solving skills
* The ability to present ideas, concepts, and technical specifications to appropriate audiences, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
